Coral Sponge 02 is a smaller, more compact version of our most loved design — a dense field of cone-shaped spikes inspired by coral and sea sponges. Its tightly packed, organic texture has a striking, almost hypnotic visual effect (fair warning: those sensitive to trypophobia may find the close-packed cones a little intense!).

This model also makes an excellent acoustic sound absorber — simply fill the rings with flexible acoustic foam.

Colour recommendation: Coral Sponge looks stunning in natural beige tones, gradient silk filaments, or bold high-contrast colour palettes. For the gradient silk effect, we recommend SUNLU Multi-Colour Silk Filament.

The Coral Sponge 2 sits on a 750x750 cm square backboard, with its 387 blocks extending slightly beyond to an 800x800x150 cm bounding box for a dynamic, overflowing effect.
