Digital Templates & 3D Models
Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Once purchased, you confirm that you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your EU right of withdrawal once the download has been provided.
While it is not possible to offer refunds on digital products, if you experience any issue with your files we will do our best to resolve it and find a solution that works for you. Please contact us at info@paragami.com
ParagamiPRO Membership & Gift Cards
ParagamiPRO Membership activates immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase you confirm that you waive your EU right of withdrawal once the licence has been granted.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
