HOW THE COMMERCIAL LICENSE WORKS

It is necessary to obtain a license for any commercial activity using Paragami intellectual property.

Grant of License
ParagamiPro Membership hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the designs for commercial purposes during the period of active membership. You shall maintain active ParagamiPro membership to continue using the Paragami designs for commercial purposes. The right of license usage is effective upon obtaining ParagamiPro Membership and remains active until the last day of the paid subscription period, unless the subscription is renewed.

Permitted Use
Under this Agreement, you may use Paragami in any commercial activities, including but not limited to selling physical Paragami Art, selling ready-made templates, advertising, marketing, and content creation, as well as conducting group creative workshops.

Restrictions
It is prohibited to sell, share, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the digital Paragami templates (files) to any third party. You shall not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the designs without prior written consent from Paragami.

License Document
The License agreement document will be prepared without undue delay. Details provided during checkout will be used. The license will be valid for a definite period corresponding to the paid subscription period. Once ready, a signed PDF will be promptly emailed to you.

HOW THE SUBSCRIBTION WORKS

ParagamiPro MEMBERSHIP works on a subscription recurring basis. Once you enroll to the subscription, your membership becomes active. You can select from various renewal periods. The subcription is renewed at the end of your chosen period. You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of the recurring cycle.

You can manage your subscription through your customer account under the Subscriptions tab. Here, you can view subscription details, pause or resume your subscription and edit payment methods.
