Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations for all Paragami products and services.

• Physical Orders (HEXSPIRE Paper Kits)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@paragami.com. We will do our best to stop the shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Refund Policy and use the withdrawal form at: paragami.com/pages/withdraw-from-contract

• Digital Products (Templates & 3D Models)

Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued, as the product has already been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

• ParagamiPRO Membership

ParagamiPRO is available as a recurring membership on 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year billing periods. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged at the start of each renewal period.

You may cancel or modify your membership at any time via your customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to your commercial licence until then and will not be charged for the following renewal period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
